I am writing to you because I have been having problems lately with one of the web pages that we maintain. It turns out that when we delete the cache (at least it is one way to do it), it leaves the keywords of the friendly URLs empty, causing a total failure on the pages, without being able to access products, categories...
If I activate the debug mode the following error appears when I I try to load the SEO and Traffic page.
The page is hosted on Plesk, version 18.0.63. PHP version 7.4.33 and FPM application served by nginx.
I see that you have an additional policy applied in nginx but even trying to remove it the problem continues. I also tried with FAST CGI, but the same error.
Could someone help me?
