Catalog Price Rules: dosen't works for new users

Hi to all,
 I have a catalog price rules that add a 75% off discount to a user group called customersB2B  and I see discount if I login with user assiciated at that group.
When a new users registers at website (by default user is associtated at customersB2B group) not see the discount associated at that group but only regular price.
If I go on catalog price rules, open rule and re-save...discounts appears.
Is a PS bug?
I'm on PS 8.1.7

The issue you're encountering with the catalog price rule not applying automatically to newly registered users in PrestaShop 8.1.7 could be related to how PrestaShop handles caching and rule application updates

Cron Jobs: PrestaShop uses cron jobs to apply catalog price rules. It could be that the rule is not automatically refreshed when a new user is assigned to a group.

Check if there is a cron job set up for updating catalog price rules (Advanced Parameters > Cron Jobs).
Verify that the user is immediately assigned to the correct group (Customers > Groups) after registration.

Hi I can't fin any section about CronJob on my PS 8.1.7. I should installa an external module?

Hi, I see that issue is not for new users but, randomly, catalog price rules disappear so very often I need to check. Probably a PS bug (my version is 8.1.7).
Some ideas?
