problem with speed - sometimes the e-shop runs fine and sometimes it cycles

please, I have a problem with the e-shop www.maxflor.sk, sometimes it goes pretty fast and sometimes slowly, as if something is cycling there. Other sites on the server go pretty fast and only this site is giving me a problem. Could someone give me some advice? Or direct me? The website goes through cloudflare, I don't know if something can be cycled through this or how... Thank you very much for the observations and advice
