Unregistered users: hide prices/cart, how message and enable them from BO

Hi,
 I need to do some B2B features that I tryed to found online trought modules but a lot of problems with these: some dosen't work, others have no fast support etc.
I ask if is possible do these features with some little modifications to Prestashop, so I try to ask you!

1 - I would enable shopping only to registered users so I have disabled price/cart to visitor users but I would show them a message like "PRICE ONLY TO REGISTERED USERS"
2 - add VAT field and Company name mandatory in register form: default PrestaShop module ask these fields after registration into addresses page so also users without VAT number can register and see prices. Is possible to have these field in the first registration form?
3 - after registration PrestaShop enables users automatically, I would enable by my self in the back office

Yes all features, our client doesn't have the VAT/Company to be mandatory but it's possible.
Idem for user to be enabled in BO ti's an option in settings.
