Cannot connect Google Merchant account in Google marketing

Hi,

I would like to ask if somebody else has a problem with connecting Google Merchant account with Prestashop using Google marketing official module. When i try to connect it, I get the response"You can't connect to your Merchant Center account right now. Try again later." When i looked in browser console it said that there was error 403 approching post URL. After reviewing the url it says that method doesnt exist. Anyone know what to do with that? Thanks!

Hello, I don't use that module and I can't find it in the addon either, maybe it's called something else. Have you tried contacting the module developer yet? You definitely have support included.

Thank you for reply, it is official preinstalled Prestashop module named "PrestaShop Marketing with Google". Somebody on FB told me, that problems started because module became paid only. When i tried to look for support contact it says that any question should be posted here

Have you subscribed? If it is like the facebook module, also developed by Prestashop, without an active subscription it does not work.

I subscribed and the problem was fixed.
