[Solved] Everything is frozen in my admin area, can't save changes

Help anybody!

I can't save any changes anywhere in my back end, and everything just reloads in the same state when I click on "save". The date in my stats has froze on 10th of May, and I can't view anything before or after.
This applies to every single area of my presta admin - products, modules, settings, tools, everything.

I am using 1.4.07 version, and was trying different settings in "performance" area before I notice this problem. I suspect it's related to "cache" as the same state is reloading over and over again, but how do I fix this? Any clues?

My shop was working fine initially, and my server settings are OK.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved.

I have deleted all cache, disabled cache in "performance" and things are working again.

Questions:
- Is there a way to clear cache from the back office (not via FTP)?
- Is there a way to leave cache enabled, without facing this problem?
