Are you in localhost or a server (shared, VPS, Dedicated) the shop is new, updated from .... in production since, updated from, the issue happened when ?????? I have a ps 8.1.6 is a a live shop and I whant to make a promotion with 2 products ,to make a pack and I saw that no products appear if I write their names!
