Alin Marian
Hello. I have a problem with a shop made with Prestashop 1.7. When I try to enter the admin panel, a blank page appears and I can no longer log in to the platform ( https://amylia.ro/admin201j6smuk/ ). Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how can I fix the problem? Edited August 19 by Alin Marian (see edit history)
ComGrafPL
Enable debug mode to check the issues. Any recent new modules or updates?
Alin Marian
Hey, thanks for answering. You know what's funny. I activated the debug mode and the website works and I can get inside the platform, but if I deactivate the debug mode, the website crashes and doesn't work. As far as updates, the client tells me that he updated all the modules inside the shop. Edited August 19 by Alin Marian (see edit history)
ComGrafPL
So it most probably latest module update issue. If something works, better don't update if not need it
Alin Marian
I know but I have "special" clients 😀. Anyway, is there a way to revert these changes so that the modules are on their previous version? imjulien.dev
Remember to not share your admin URL for security reason If you don't have any error when you enable the debug mode, you can check your log file located in var/logs/, you should look at the file prod-2024-08-19.log
ComGrafPL
Also rename cache folder VAR/Cache and check with debug mode disabled.
