Buenas,  me ha surgido algo peor actualice el prestashop de 1.7.6 a 1.7.8.11 y la plantilla wharehouse a la 4.5.5 por que la ultima me daba error, pero ahora me sale un error al finalizar la compra y no se como solucionarlo.

Por si te sirve de algo, yo comprobaría que las plantillas que menciona el error están, y accesibles con los permisos correctos:

De esta linea: Unable to load template 'file:checkout/_partials/cart-summary-products.tpl' in 'file:checkout/_partials/cart-summary.tpl'

y también: warehouselayouts/layout-full-width.tpl

Ya que parecen ser la fuente del problema ("Unable to load template"). Borra las caches y a ver que tal.

Otra cosa que no me gusta es ese número con tantos decimales (23.379999999999995) No se si tendrá algo que ver, pero podrías probar a hacer una compra que no tenga ese tipo de números? Es que no recuerdo si tuve alguna vez un problema con eso.....

Como te comentaron antes, en el archivo TPL checkout/_partials/cart-summary.tpl se estan llamando a otro TPL que no existe en tu tema checkout/_partials/cart-summary-products.tpl. La forma que mas facil tienes de resolverlo es creando el archivo que no existe, aunque este vacio, con eso ya no deberia darte este problema. Suerte.

Buenas, gracias por contestar, le he dado a los archivos indicados permisos 755, pero sigue igual, he probado con la plantilla classic y va bien, por lo tanto el problema viene de la plantilla wharehouse que por lo que veo al actualizar algo no ha cogido bien, lo que no se si puedo desinstalar  haciendo copia de la plantilla y volver a instalar le Theme.

Esto ya me tiene aburrido, hasta he desinstalado la plantilla wharehouse, vuelto ha instalar y sigue igual, ya hasta me pienso llevarlo todo al wordpress. desesperante cada vez que quiero actualizar.

Si te funciona bien con la plantilla de Prestashop, es evidente que el problema lo tienes en el tema warehouse. Desconozco ese tema y, por tanto, no te puedo ayudar.

Yo comprobaría si hay una nueva versión del  mismo o solicitaría soporte de sus creadores.

Por darte ideas:

Supongo que, como todos los temas, este estará instalado en la carpeta:

<dir tienda>/themes/<dir tema>

Y <dir tema> será algo como "warehouse". Allí deberías encontrar la plantilla

warehouselayouts/layout-full-width.tpl

que me da que es la que falla. Quizás porque la ruta es errónea, o la plantilla no existe, o tiene mal los permisos, etc. Lo cierto es que es difícil saberlo sin estar delante del PC.

Por si te sirve, decirte que cuando instalas un tema entre sus carpetas suele haber una carpeta "templates/checkout/" para el proceso de compra y probablemente "warehouse" también la tenga.

Mira, te pongo un recorte del árbol de carpetas de mi tema actual para que lo veas. El tema "classic" también tiene este árbol de carpetas.
