Cassandra_
Hi, I keep getting this error and really cannot find a way to solve it... I have checked db integrity, I am using the classic theme, I have cleared cache and tested not in maintenance mode. I also got this error message when trying to create an order from BO : PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Domain\Cart\Exception\CartException code
Knowband Plugins
Hi, It sounds like a third-party module might be causing the 'PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Domain\Cart\Exception\CartException code 0' error, especially if you've already tried the standard troubleshooting steps. 1. Start by disabling all third-party modules, especially those related to cart functionality, checkout, or order management. You can do this by going to Modules > Module Manager in the Back Office. 2. After disabling each module, try to replicate the error by creating an order in the Back Office. If the error stops after disabling a particular module, that module is likely the cause. 3. Some third-party modules might override core PrestaShop functionality, which can lead to conflicts. Look in the 'override' directory within your PrestaShop installation for any files related to the module in question (e.g., Cart.php, OrderController.php). 4. If you have found the module which is causing the issue, then try contacting the developer of the module. Regards.
