Trouble creating and editing CMS pages

Hello, I am having trouble creating and editing pages such as "About Us," "Legal Notices," and others. I cannot access the pages because I keep getting this error message. What should I do? Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Did you try giving 777 permissions to the /var/ directory?
