primoris Posted August 6 Share Posted August 6 Hi everyone. Help please with the appeared problem! Mail alerts v3.0.0 modul stopped working on PS 8.1.7. I understand that nothing happens by itself. But I haven't done anything to disrupt its operation. I just wanted to change my e-mail. After that, it stopped sending emails at all. There's a connection to the database, emails are changing. Look at the mail logs to confirm whether the issue is just with the mail alert module or if emails from the whole site have stopped working. Thanks! Hello, Advanced Parameters>E-mail * Send a test email to - it's working, the emails are coming in. Prestashop Addict Posted August 7 Share Posted August 7 (edited) Strange, I tested on a PS 8.1.7 with ps_emailalerts 3.0.0 on a local with smtp server configured, works perfectly. Check for spam detection if test works, because spam is based on mail content 😉 Did you use the same email for test and alert?
