PS 1.7.8.11 - "Data from PrestaShop Addons is invalid, and cannot fallback on cache"

For several weeks, I've had this problem where, whenever I work on correcting/adding products, I keep receiving emails that there is an error to be seen in the logs, and upon checking, every time it is "Data from PrestaShop Addons is invalid, and cannot fallback on cache".

I cleared the cache on the store, cleared cookies in the browser, and also changed the browser.

How to fix it?

Did you update something, or did you hoster raise PHP to a higher version?
If the hoster wishes to force its clients to a higher version in everything its time to look for a different host or build another shop elsewhere.

I checked the difference between the current layout.html.twig file and the one from September 2023—they are identical. I also checked the difference in product.html.twig, and in the current version of PrestaShop, the folder public_html\src\PrestaShopBundle\Resources\views\Admin\Sell\Catalog\Product\FormTheme does not exist at all. Creating the folder and manually adding the file doesn't change anything.

Hello!!!
Did you solve the problem? I have the same problem and I think that is the reason why I have extreme slowness in the backoffice but I can't find a solution...

The problem "Data from PrestaShop Addons is invalid, and cannot fallback on cache".??

What prestashop version do you run? What is your story?
New shop? Updated from xxxx Version?

Ask the if they changed from mysqli to mariadb.
Most functions are the same but a few a quite different.
