Problem with the Add to cart button Ajax not show

In a store based on Prestashop 1.7.8.11, we have a problem with the Add to cart button. The Ajax window does not appear even though adding to cart works. The cart module in the panel is enabled and Ajax is enabled. What is the cause problem?

Is that a newly developed store of is it updated from an earlier version?

Yes, it was updated previously from version 1.7.5 to 1.7.8.11 by 1 Click upgrade.  The template creator confirmed that the template will work with Prestashop version 1.7.8.11.

This is where Ajax appears after another cache clear. When you first enter the product is not added to the cart, it is 0.

I would not trust someone's statement that all works smooth. Most outfits do not check their work in all aspects. That is what we learn from Prestashop, their Modulemakers and also many development studios.

Saver bet is to install locally and check everything prior to uploading.
