righN
Hi, first of all, I'll tell you right away that I have zero to none experience with PrestaShop. I recently started working as a person who overlooks websites on our hosting and I'm still learning. Now, one of our customers has a PrestaShop site running and we recently moved him from one hosting services to our hosting services. Everything is running pretty much great, expect one problem. Sometimes, when he leaves his site's admin control panel running on his website, he gets „Invalid token: direct access to this link...“ message. And let me tell you right away, cookie timeout is set to like 450 hours, so leaving it for a few hours, shouldn't show this. I thought, maybe he needs to clean his browser's history, he did that, but it's still happening. There's no specific list of actions that causes it, it pretty much happens randomly. I had enabled Debug Mode only for his IP to see if maybe some errors will appear or something, but nothing. Any ideas, thoughts, help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance! righN
Thank you. Found that there are a few Customers account which have the same email address as the Admin accounts. Client was informed about this and decided that this message isn't really annoying and keep it as is, but if it starts to become a big issue, then they'll consider the solution to change the email addresses. If someone else is having the same issue, can't tell right away if it did solve the issue itself in fact, as the client decided to keep it as is for now. But if anything changes in the future, I'll try to remember and post here, so you'll know.
