tomdebeyer
Dear Community, I have the following problem: My Prestashop used to have 2 Languages - Spanish & English (as I use a module to send items to Ebay and I sell on Ebay Spain it was necessary for me to have both languages installed) No after a while I have noticed that this module is also working when the Spanish languages is NOT active (it is installed but NOT active) So in my Back Office I turned the spanish language off. At first everything looked like it's working perfect -> but than I noticed that sometimes when I want to look at my shop (FO) after entering my website in broswer I get redirected to google.com ???? Now today a customer has contacted me saying that he had the same problem. I guess it must be related to the change in my languages -> before my websiste was reachable under: www.vintage-sights.com/prestashop/en or www.vintage-sights.com/prestashop/es and now the correct link is: www.vintage-sights.com/prestashop I reported this problem to my webhost and he check my site and said that I have to delete all content in the folder: www.vintage-sights.com/prestashop/en but I am not sure what to delete??? anybody has an idea or has had the same problem? many thanks for any help, Tom
Enumbin
Hello I have just checked your site. It loads correctly. Did you try clearing the cache after the language change? Also try to regenerate the htaccess file. Thanks

Yes I have emptied cache many times in BO of Prestashp and also Browser cache -> the strange thing is that the redirection is only happening sometimes? But now I have also regenrated the htaccess file - hopefully this will do the job... best, Tom
