[CATEGORY] "Add a new category button" not showing + URL problem

Hi !

Prestashop version: 1.7.8.7

PHP Version: 7.4

 

I recenlty jumped into another prestashop projects and I have a huge problem with my categories... At first, I don't know why the button "Add a new category" button does not appear on the category configuration page:

 

Moreover, all the my category links are only the website baseurl even though I have added a rewrite URL for all of my categories...

and the routing to my categories is configured like this:

 

I'm quite lost, I don't know what I can do to solve those problems
