GamerWipes
Ive attached two pictures of my main menu header. one is from my home page, and the second if from literally any other page. asl you can see, when on my home page, the text is misaligned. this only happens on the home page. every other page, they align perfectly. one thing i did notice, the two empty spaces are still clickable links, and they are part of the text to the left of them (no sweat balls, & gift cards). also, the two links where the gaps that are formed are pages (product-is) and not categories. the remaining links that are working correctly are categories. so it seems like its only affecting the menu if its a product-id page and not a category. and it also only affects the home page, and no other pages. i deleted my custom.css file and the problem still persists, so that isnt the issue any ideas what could cause this and what i should try to change? ComGrafPL
Maybe is because no sweat balls and gifts cards menu item are products not the category?
GamerWipes
Just now, ComGrafPL said: Maybe is because no sweat balls and gifts cards menu item are products not the category? but it only affects the home page, thats whats confusing. if that was the case i would assume it would effect every page. the only page that its causing problems on is the home page. GamerWipes
just giving an update, i found a workaround the problem is only when putting a product in the top main menu. it doesnt do this with categories or pages, only product-id. the workaround is to add a link instead of product id. just make a custom link, name it the same as the product, and link to that product. same result id still like to know whats causing it to bug out with product-id. its not custom code, its built into prestashop. and it only bugs out on the home page, no other pages oh well
