No Module Update in Wamp local version of my site

Greetings, For some time now my local copy of PrestaShop on Wamp Server has no longer received automatic module updates. When entering the modules page, the number 0 is indicated in the "Updates" tab and there are no udpates for any of the installed modules. The online version, however, detects updates regularly.
Checking the prestashop logs, the following error appears when entering the module page:

Data from PrestaShop Addons is invalid, and cannot fallback on cache.
 

My version of prestashop is 1.7.8.11 I ruled out the wamp server as a problem, since I have another Prestashop site (same version 1.7.8.11) on the same local server that detects module updates regularly.

Searching online I found several solutions which however did not solve my problem. I'll give you a list of attempted solutions:

- Copied the entire site again from the online version to the local version

- Cleared the cache, using prestashop tools and also manually - Deactivated and reactivated the prestashop cache

- Changed bowser

- changed the addons API access timeout in the \app\config\config.yml file from 5.0 to 150

Are there other solutions that I could apply in your opinion?

It's not a blocking problem as I can always manually update the plugins locally before running the automatic update online, but it's an annoying problem that wastes my time every time.

Obviously my local copy does not access any of the prestashop addons service.
