Hi,

If you want to disable the VAT/tax on the store, then please follow below steps-

1. Go to the PrestaShop back office.
2. Navigate to International > Taxes.
3. Make sure that "Enable Tax" is set to "No".

And also try to disable the tax on a particular product by following below steps-

1. Go to the Product Configuration page in BO.
2. Go to the Pricing Tab.
3. Select the 'No Tax' option in the Tax Rule dropdown.

Now, clear the cache and check for that same product whether the VAT is still applicable.

If it's still applicable, then there might be a possibility that you have custom overrides or modifications, ensure they are not reapplying VAT/tax settings.

If the issue persists after these steps, please provide us with additional details or screenshots, and we will investigate further.

Regards.
