Prestag0od
There is a special reason I have to temporarily remove the product names from URL's and leave only the category and product ID. I don't care for SEO. Any idea how i can do this please?

Even if i keep products ID in URL's? Product ID's are unique. I will keep product ID and Reference.
Nickz
At the moment Search engines index like there is no tomorrow. They don't limit themselves to sitemaps. Actually I wonder why search engines ask for a sitemap and then disregard it. Once your URL is indexed it tough to get it out of the index. So people clicking on a indexed URL over whatever search engine it causes a 404.
Prestag0od
I use a redirect module. When product not found it redirects on category of this product.
