Payment and modules missing from BO and now no payment options available to customer in front end

Hi there

Last week the modules page and payment page disapeared from our back office and when we turned on the error code got this message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method Tools::getProtocol() in /home/*****/public_html/classes/Module.php(323) : eval()'d code on line 103

We tested to make sure the front end was working and it still worked fine and customers were able to order.

Today we have had an emaill from a cutomer and saying they couldn't pay.

We had a look and none of our payments will load on the checkout page.

Can anyone help, we have increased our memory size but this has not done anything

1. try to use the search box/button to look for the modules. it is filtered out by some criteria.

2. go Payments tabs to check the currency restrictions and country/region restriction are set correctly.

Thanks for the reply

When i search for modules it says nothing found.

When I go to payment nothing appears i can click on currencies, taxes and vouchers but not the main page.

Is there anything i can do.

there are a lot of check boxes and radio button for your set the restrictions.
