PrestaServicePro
Did you try to clear the shop cache using FTP manually? This often resolves such issues after module updates. You can delete the contents of the var/cache/prod and var/cache/dev directories to clear the cache.
ZHSoft
Enter the control panel and delete all files under var/cache/prod and var/cache/dev.
tamarillojohn61
Thanks for the suggestions and I am sure that's what the issue is. I decided to do this in the cPanel under the file manager. But the files showing there are not not those of my current Prestashop installation. They are from a previous installation as I can see by the admin directory having a different name. The file manager shows my admin directory as admin1904 but my current directory as you can see from the error messages is admin256zkv3bw. I shall go back to my hosting company and see if i can get access to the right files. Many thanks, i will update here once I have cleared var/cache/prod and var/cache/dev
tamarillojohn61
Are you sure I should clear all of var/cache/prod? There are a heap of folders and files there.
