Hide Stripe Official Payment Option if products in the cart are from a certain category?

Hi,

 

I'm looking for a little assistance. I run Prestashop 8.1 and would like the Stripe Official payment method to hide/de-activate if any products in the cart belong to category 20.

 

I have done a search of asks relating to order values / cart criteria, but have found it difficult finding anything for the newer versions of Prestashop, or the Stripe module.

 

I'm assuming the hook that needs to be edited is the 'displaypaymentEU' hook, which looks like it is located in modules/stripe_official/stripe_official.php.

 

Can anyone confirm if this is the correct location, and what code needs to be copied into the hook?
