to care DB and password not recognized

you excuse my English. I wanted to know how a problem can be resolved related to the importation of the prestasho database 1.1 (A) to a new prestashop 1.1 (. I have exported the database prestashop backup 1.1 (A) and I have cared the file DB (A) in prestashop 1.1 (. It occurs a problem: If I connect me to the page of admin back office and I insert email and password, it doesn't make me entare in the panel (to answer me that the email or the password are not correct). Same thing happens for the enrolled consumers to my first site prestashop 1.1 (A) that they don't succeed in entering the panels consumers of the my new prestashop 1.1 ( anymore because the passwords are not recognized anymore.

Do you have some suggestion idea?

yeah i got the same problem to .. after i move all my content to new server [ online , before i try with wamp in localhost ] then after i try to log in in back office with the same user and password the system couldn't let me in ... any solution ????
