Mail Alerts Not Sending Order Confs: PS 8.1

Hi, my Mail Alerts module is not sending order confirmation emails. The module folder is enable and correctly populated, the module file folder has all the files, emails can be sent to the email address from the BO instantly, order confirmations are being sent to real and test customers, mail alert hooks are active and placed, and other email addresses used (which receive order progress emails instantly) do not receive the mail alert email either.

Hi,

• Verify your email settings and make sure that the module folder and email template folders have the correct permissions.
• Enable debug mode in Prestashop to see if any errors or warnings are displayed when an order is placed
