ilario
Hi everyone I should modify the product table that is created in the confirmation email, because it incorrectly writes the options / customization of the products I looked in the email but there is only the layout, can you please tell me which file creates the list of products that I need to change A thousand thanks ilario
ilario
HI looking around I found that it would be enough to change this order_conf_product_list.tpl file and add nofilter to the {$customization['customization_text'] nofilter} line, but it doesn't work for me. I saw that the file is both in mail/partial and in theme/mail/partial, I changed them both but it doesn't work. Is it another file that creates the confirmation email? Andrei H
Hello, Have you tried to clear the cache as well? Also, if you go into Admin -> Advanced Parameters -> Shop Performance, please make sure you have the 'Template compilation' value set to either 'Recompile templates if the files have been updated' or 'Force compilation'. If it is set to 'Never recompile template files', the changes will not be displayed.
ilario
HI thanks for the reply, but reading through the various posts, I saw that they also indicated the file in the Language (it) (es) etc. folders. , I checked and indeed it was present in (us), changing it and also adding it for example in (it) works well. However, I don't understand the meaning, as if for each language in addition to the template with the translations I would also have to redo the different tpl Edited June 13 by ilario (see edit history)
