Can't place an order without selecting a site (my custom module)

Hello everyone,

I am working on a PrestaShop module to manage specific sites (sites as in construction sites) and assign orders to these sites. I have successfully created the necessary tables and recorded the associations between the orders and the sites.

I'd like the order not to go through when the worksite doesn't exist or the entry is invalid, and to display an error message. If the user doesn't select a job site, the order should not be placed.

I've hidden the payment module to display the site selection at the end of the checkout. You can find attached the sitemanagement module and the tpl that displays the last step of the checkout.
