[SOLVED] New transportation not visible, version 1.7.8.7

Hello

My Prestashop installation has worked fine for a long time until I now wanted to add a new transportation offer for my customers.

I can add the transportation, in excactly the same way as those which already is added but the new transportation is not available when customers go to check-out.  Only the old options are visible.

I have tried to clean cache via admin and performance and I have also cleaned cache under app/prod/  folder.

Did not help.

I also upgraded the software to version 1.7.8.7 and that did not help either.

I have checked the country zone and compared the settings to the old transportation options and as far as I can see they are the same.

And it is not my browser who is making trouble because I get the problem reported from my customers.

Can anyone please give me a hint of what to do now ?

When you add a carrier you have to configure it in Payment/Preferences

Yes that was undone.  Thank you.

However its done now but its still the same .
