1-Click upgrade causes Swiftmailer to Class Swift not found

Hi, after using 1-Click upgrade module to update prestashop, everything seemed going smoothly, at some point it gave me an error in updating some modules so i started updating them manually. At some point, i have no idea which update caused the issue, the server came back with error 500. Looking into the log i found this:

At the moment i'm rolling back to a backup previous the update, but still i have to solve this issue to be able to make the website up to date.

Any suggestion on how to solve this? If you need anything else let me know.
