Add flag or label to a combination

I need to add a label to a combination with some text. How can i do it?
I already check modules, but no one can do this... the modules only add tag's to the products in general.
I need something like the image uploaded.

Prestashop 8.1.5 allows to add some text in the label of the individual combination, but nothing appear in the product page!
