Stop/Disalbe product quantity/stock when edit order

I am using the lastest prestashop version 8.1.5 and I would want to stop product quantity updating when edit product quantity for any order and when I add any product to an order. Anyone know how do to it?

Preventing stock from being automatically adjusted when procut quantity are modified or products are added to an order.

When edit product quantity to any order, then stock Available is updating. I want to stop that stock updating when edit quantity. Same when add a new product to an order

Simply disable stock management

If I disable stock management after that in orders page the column "Available" is not visible. Also that I need to keep stock updating when change order status
