Prestashop 8.X Admin ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Hello,

The home page is coming actively,

It also comes to the Admin Login page,

But after logging in

The browser returns ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error.

the URL it redirects to

It is a zero installation, but I changed the security type to LAX -> None in the advanced parameters in the management settings. Could this be due to this?
