slowdowns with multiple PrestaShop instances simultaneously

a slowdowns with multiple PrestaShop instances running on different remote servers simultaneously, with no apparent connection between them. Restarting the servers and cleaning the guest and statistics tables has helped in the past, but you're unsure why.

might be a specific issue with PrestaShop version 8.1.5 causing the slowdowns, as opposed to version 1.7 which is running smoothly on the same server.

any one has same issue ?

Every newer version needs more memory.
Do you own all servers? No one else can fiddle around there?

not linked to memory the server are good , 
If the problem occurs simultaneously across multiple instances of PrestaShop version 8.1.5 on different servers, it suggests that there may be a common factor causing the issue. an issue with a third-party service that all instances are relying on

External? You can check if those have moved,  that happens.

the problem is very random , i think that is problem when connect to prestashop service  like for example 1 upgrade , it take a lot of time to load
