Logint21 Posted May 13 Share Posted May 13 The support from this company is absolutely inadmissible. Waiting for a long time to solve some issues related with the template. The developer asks for a meeting but never attendds when a date has been fixed for that purpose. This company is not serious. First issue was solved soon. In this case the developer ask for Anydesk in order to solve the issue and when the problem is already solved he leads you to reviews sites from his template asking for a good valoration. So the reviews might not be real. At that time you feel the support is good enough but when consecutive issues happen the support service from them is absolutely null. According to developer some issues seems to be from Prestashop when is not true because in his demo template those issues do not happen. Then the developer asks for a time in order to find the solution but so far no news from him and it has been more than 2 months. Every week I ask for a solution but always get the same response: We are working on it. I have had the feeling of being a tester because I have found too many issues. Prestashop Addict Posted August 14 Share Posted August 14 I confirm. We bought a theme Sephora and installed it in a PS 1.7.6.4 (compatible version in addons sheet). So many errors (js, backoffice, modules not functionnal, html errors, css/js duplications...). We analyzed the code and there are a lot a programming issues or Prestashop development not followed. We ask for refund and no way. I don't understand that Prestashop can allow some poor products in its marketplace 😞 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
