Admin back office 500 error blank page after moved hosting PS1.7.6.4

Hello friend,

My PS version is 1.7.6.4. The store works well in the past and after I moved hosting recently, only the front page works well, can't login admin page as it is 500 error blank page. I have tried many ways such as delete var/cache folder, check permissions, revise the php version to 7.3 or 7.2, all not work.

Anyone please help, thank you so much!

I set the debug mode and get this at my admin page:

Can anyone help? I also have woocommerce and opencart, never got this kind of issue. And it seems it's very difficult to upgrade to newer version than wordpress.
