Where can I find the list of links for the "Default Staff Page" dropdown

Hello Comnunity,

I need your swarm knowledge for a special story.

For the employees and their user rights, I can set a default page. (adv. Settings - > User Rights - > New Employee - > Default Page) 
Now, however, I want each employee to have their own specific user page (not the ones that appear in the drop-down field by default).

I can handle editor and FTP, but I'm a bit on the ropes with the PHP and the structure of the shop.

Where can I edit the default list for this particular drop-down box and add my own links?
