User's address in the notes field by default says NO

Hello. I've been searching for a couple of hours, even tried asking ChatGPT but no help.

When user buys something from the store all contact fields are showing but every time Notes field is empty it's showing a word "NO"

Only on the admin panel, when you press: Edit current adress of the user that recently bought something and don't write anything in the Notes field and press Save, the word "NO" dissapears.

Does anyone know how to get rid of it and no it's not showing in the database.
