hwit
Hello, I faced this problem many times, only solution that halped me was: Delete prestaShop installation form FTP server folder Delete all previous databases from your db server (changing prefix wont help) Download newest prestashop installation folder Follow installation Set database prefix from ps_ to prestaShop_ for example Should work 🙂
Elicaweb
Hi, I have the same problem, what can I do? Update it with "Click Upgrade" and at 13% it freezes. I don't trust myself to do these maneuvers as hwit says, I'm not that familiar with databases and php. Is there anyone who can do this for a fee?
