Translation of number of items in cart to Subtotal

Hello,

Can someone please help me with changing in the cart page the "number of items in cart" to "Subtotal"? I tried to change it in translations in Core (no theme selected) the %count% items but it is not changing. I cleared the cache after the modification.

I attached a screenshot.

Where appears "2 articole" I want to be "Subtotal"

My version of presta is 1.7.8.0

Hello @VisualX,

Step 1: Log in to the store's back office using the correct credentials.
Step 2: Go to "International" >> "Translations" from the left sidebar.
Step 3: Select "Front Office Translations" >> "{{your desired theme}}" >> "{{your desired language}}". You can refer to the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/HfRrkT6mNpDN. Then, click on the "Modify" button.
Step 4: Navigate to "Shop" >> "Theme" >> "Catalog" (https://prnt.sc/ryps0tLCb7bw). Find "%count% items" from the manual pagination (https://prnt.sc/8UpEJJ8m1Zw6) and update the translation. Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.

After completing these steps, refresh the front end to see the changes reflected.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. I tried that already but it didn't work. After saving the changes made, when I go back to translation it changed back to %count% items
