Add custom forms before payment

Hello,

I'm using PS1.7.8.8 and warehouse theme.

I am building the website which provides the online company incorporation service, for that I want to add few custom forms before the checkout process. and I want to remove the Address and shipping step from the checkout.

Do anyone have any suggestion about this? What would be the best approach?

Implementing the functionality to remove the default checkout steps of the Prestashop and adding your steps would require complete and deep changes to several core PrestaShop files. This approach is very complex and can significantly affect the system architecture and future updates.
