3rd category not visable

I have 3 categories on my test site and the 3rd one isn't visible. The item I have in the category is visible in "popular products" and clicking on the product shows the path Home/Category/Product, but the category isn't in the header with the other 2 categories.

In header you have menu module and in this module configuration you can choose what you want to display in it.

I set up the category and the test product the same way for the third one.

You mean AR Pistols? Is it set as main or sub category?  Is it set as visible in categories panel?

Yes AR Pistols
It is set to HOME, and it is set to "displayed." Unless I'm totally missing something when I'm looking at it it's set up exactly the same way as the other 2 categories. This is only a test site so I would be okay sending the login through messages if anyone want's to look.

I'm been using phoenix cart for I think about 10 years so this is new to me.

No matter how I do this this stays like this. It's different than the other 2 categories which makes me think somethings different, but I can't see what it is.

Hi

In the image you are showing that wont change.

The ones with magnifying glasses with a plus symbol in them just denote that there are subcategories within those categories, clicking the magnifying glass will open them up for you to edit/delete/activate.

If you do not have any subcategories in AR Pistols then it will only ever show the Edit option.
