No automatic tax rule on products PS 8.1.3

Hello, 

I have a fresh installation of Prestashop 8.1.3. My taxes and tax groups are created, but when I add a new product it doesn't add automatically the first group tax, it just stays to "no tax".

I have discovered that if I go the new fonctionnalities section in advanced paramters, and desactivate the new product page option, when I add a new product with the old prodtc page, I do have the automatic tax rule.

It seems that it is not working with the new product page. Did anyone have this kind of issue ?

To anyone with this problem, turns out it is a Prestashop bug that has been fixed with 8.1.5
