My prestashop website is not sending anymore any emails and not reseting passwords for customers

My prestashop website is not sending anymore any emails and not reseting passwords for customers, i have tried to configure mydomain mail, gmail and usr/sbin/sendmail (recommended; works in most cases). everything is not working, i also tried to use the default theme from presta and still same issue. anyone can help me pleeeaaasseeee.

yes the mail setting is correct because i tried the test mail and it is working and received the mail, but nothing else is working.

I didn't contact contact the hosting because i tried my domain email, and to use gmail and to use the default and same issue nothing changed , do you think it is caused by my hosting

If your shop is not sending all of sudden the hosting could have updated something essential to your mailer.

Have you added SPF and DKIM values to your DNS or your Domain?

I have contacted my hosting and everything is good, could you plz tell me which files are responsible for sending and receiving mails so i could restore the files, plz it is urgent.

The issue is solved, i created a new website and compared the mails files. I found a folder named " 2 " instead of " en " when i changed the name it start working.

But it is so weard i haven't touched the files of my website.

Well someone renamed that folder. If not you someone else.

Should that be your sole production shop I'd look for a different host, another shop and else.

It is so strange, i am the only one have access to it , and the support of prestashop addons. Anyway thanks for your help.
