Different prices for Pay Now and Pay Later with Interest

I'm looking for solution for my problem.

I'm required by bank to have two different prices shown on my website for different paying methods. One price shown is for paying in cash or credit cards instantly and the second price shown is for paying with credit cards split in up to 6 monthly payments or paying with cheques. 

In the attachment you can see the perfect example of what I'm looking for.

Ideally it would be between the name of the product and the text. The text would be pushed down a little and the prices would be above the text. Screenshot is in the attachment.

I'm currently using Ecolife v2.2.2. by Posthemes, current PS version is 8.1.3.

As I understand this just a notice, because the price cannot be applied until the user select price method. So you can do everything in product template or sub product template with small smarty code 😉
