JohnKS
Come on guys try at the very least try to read the warnings the computer give you... This error ocurrs because your local server doesnt have enogh permissions to replace a file. Edited June 8 by JohnKS (see edit history)

Thanks for nothing!!! ... it is clear that the server does not have permissions, I gave permissions, I use Laragon but the problem persists, I gave permissions to :(Laragon/www) I changed the httpd.conf file, the problem is that There is no clear procedure online for setting the LOCAL to use prestashop, or which local server to best use it with. We know what the problem is, we need the solution for those less experienced... Greetings

Greetings How hard can it actually be for you to be able to delete 5 characters from a filename, again read the error and do what it says... rename the file index.php.temp to index.php If you can't follow this simple instructions maybe you are in the wrong field.... have you tried bakery? musicmaster
This is a Windows problem. In its latest versions it doesn't allow the file that you are running to be replaced. As JohnKS says, you can just manually rename this file after the installation has crashed. After that you can continue the installation by calling /install/index.php in the shop directory.
