Come on guys try to at the very least try to read the warnings the computer give you...

Go to C:\xampp\htdocs\Prestashop\prestashop_edition_basic_version_8.1.5/ and rename the file index.php.temp to index.php windows will say there's a file already with that name chose replace it.

This error ocurrs because your local server doesnt have enogh permissions to replace a file.
