Stock email notification to Merchant

Have been running Prestashop 8 for a few weeks, have noticed a major increase in stock notification emails and they are sent to all team members in our admin.

When you activate the email notification to merchant in product edit, it sends it to all team members with access to the stock page.

It's a lot of emails when we have 4 admins accessing the stock page

 

Any ideas how to stop it, I tried using the mail alerts module to send to one single email but still all team members get the email
