A customer encountered a processing payment error

Hi, our customers are not able to pay on our webshop . We get this message on our prestashop backoffice:

"A customer encountered a processing payment error : This message is sent automatically by module PrestaShop Checkout A customer encountered a processing payment error : Customer identifier: 17485 Cart identifier: 73848 PayPal order identifier: 45Y48354AW326923X Exception identifier: 1 Exception detail: Order was created with an intent to CAPTURE, to complete the transaction, call capture payment for order or create an order with an intent of AUTHORIZE. If you need assistance, please contact our Support Team on PrestaShop Checkout configuration page on Help subtab."

Note: this problem only occurs on our Spanish shop. it doesn't occur on other of our shops.

All seems fine on our backoffice. But the problem occurs with every paypal payment attempt on this shop.
