Thedoros
I've installed Prestashop 8.1.3. I didn't know there were two variants of Prestashop. I installed the Basic Edition version. Unfortunately, after updating through the 1-click upgrade to 8.1.4, the system shows errors. For some unknown reason, the Basic Edition module disappears, changes to the classic administrative interface, and the Dashboard link disappears from the menu. The starting page then becomes Orders. I can't get to the dashboard anymore. I looked through FTP and saw that the module is not there in the installation after the update. That's the problem. Can someone advise? Mr Rick
Hello, What is the PHP version you are using?
Thedoros
thank you for answer. I have the php 8.1 version. However, I got this question answered by the developers: We regret to inform you that the "ps_edition_basic" module is not yet compatible with version 8.1.4. We are currently working on an update to ensure compatibility. Edited March 13 by Thedoros (see edit history)
